Welcome to the STL Tigers Winter Workout Registration!

 

This registration session will allow you to sign up for the STL Tigers Winter Workout program, provide Medical & Contact Information, complete the Consent to Treat form, Code of Conduct Agreement and Release Form.

STL Tigers Winter Workouts will be on Sundays from 4:00-6:00pm at All-Star Performance.


New to the Tigers program?
If so, please email a copy of your player's Birth Certificate to Coach Hawkins.
